Stratigraphy: Jurassic dyke swarm with an age of approximately 146.3 ± 0.3 million years before present.

Distribution: Dykes of the East Lantau Rhyolite are mostly concentrated in northern Lantau Island, and on Ma Wan and Tsing Yi.

Lithology: Feldsparphyric rhyolite to porphyritic granite dykes.
