Stratigraphy: Cretaceous intrusive rocks formed during the final pulse of Mesozoic magmatic activity approximately 140.4 ± 0.2 million years ago.

Distribution: The Sok Kwu Wan Granite crops out in the vicinity of Sok Kwu Wan in the northern part of Lamma Island.

Lithology: Megacrystic medium-grained biotite granite.
