North Development Office (NDO) is mainly responsible for planning and implementation of engineering projects related to major developments mainly in the North, Tai Po and Shatin Districts.

Current major projects undertaken by NDO include the Kwu Tung North and Fanling North New Development Area, San Tin Technopole, Sam Po Shue Wetland Conservation Park, New Territories North New Town Development and Ma Tso Lung Development.
