The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers Grand Award 2024 aims to promote the importance of the engineering profession and recognise its contributions to the development of Hong Kong. The Tung Chung New Town Extension – Reclamation and Advance Works demonstrated the success of using deep cement mixing in reclamation works, construction of eco-shoreline as well as benchmarking the smart site management.
