Landslide Emergency Preparedness Activity for Elderly held at the Social Welfare Hing Wah Neighbourhood Elderly Centre

In response to the overwhelming support and interest for the landslide emergency preparedness activity for elderly held at the Chai Wan Neighbourhood Elderly Centre on 15 June 2018, the Geotechnical Engineering Office collaborated with the Hong Kong Red Cross organising another similar activity at the Social Welfare Hing Wah Neighbourhood Elderly Centre. This interactive lecture aims to enhance the elderly's emergency preparedness against landslide and fire hazards through videos, briefing on landslide history and fire safety, self-help tips, games and packing of emergency bags.
