Landslide Sci-Tech Chamber Open Day - Exhibition for Slope Safety – Celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region

In celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Geotechnical Engineering Office of Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) held the "Landslide Sci-Tech Chamber Open Day - Exhibition for Slope Safety" at Po Shan Drainage Tunnel on 29 October 2022.

Members of the public visited various galleries with different themes in the Chamber through guided tours provided by our staff. Apart from learning the uniqueness of the Po Shan Drainage Tunnel and its novel features, visitors were reminded to stay vigilant of the increasing landslide risk due to climate change and extreme rainstorms.
