Brief Description of Project Scope:

The scope of works mainly comprises:
(a) site formation works and construction of associated retaining walls and slopes;
(b) construction of a carriageway, lay-bys, footpaths and associated lift facilities, retaining walls and slopes for connecting Shun Tat Street with the proposed improved Tin Shui Wai West Interchange;
(c) construction of a carriageway at the proposed site connecting with the above carriageway in item (b);
(d) road improvement works at the junction of Shun Tat Street and Castle Peak Road – Hung Shui Kiu;
(e) construction of water supply facilities, including two service reservoirs and a pumping station;
(f) construction of a sewer connecting to Ha Tsuen pumping station; and
(g) ancillary works, including drainage and landscape works.
