Brief Description of Project Scope:

The scope of the project mainly comprises:

(a) Site formation works including site clearance and land decontamination works (if required);

(b) Geotechnical works including slope works, natural terrain hazard mitigation measures and construction of retaining structures;

(c) Drainage Works including construction of a stormwater retention tank and associated drains;

(d) Roadworks including junction improvement works and construction of a footbridge with lifts cum staircase;

(e) Waterworks;

(f) Sewerage Works;

(g) Reprovision of an existing skateboard ground;

(h) Associated tree felling, transplanting and preservation works; and

(i) Ancillary Works including landscape works and environmental mitigation measures.
