Brief Description of Project Scope:
The scope of the project comprises:
(i) site formation works including site clearance and land decontamination works, if required;
(ii) geotechnical works including slope works, retaining structures and natural terrain hazard mitigation measures, if required;
(iii) roadworks including realigned Hong Po Road, Road L7, extension of the footbridge near Ng Lau Road and two public transport interchanges etc.;
(iv) sewerage works including a sewage pumping station;
(v) drainage works;
(vi) waterworks;
(vii) associated tree felling, transplanting and preservation works; and
(viii) ancillary works including environmental mitigation measures, landscaping works and archaeological works including archaeological field survey and mitigation measures, if required etc.
