CEDD Signed Contract for Site Formation and Infrastructure Works at Tsing Yi Road West

The Civil Engineering and Development Department signed a contract of about HK$579 million on 31 July 2024 with Build King - Tung Lee Joint Venture for carrying out site formation and infrastructure works for public housing development at Tsing Yi Road West, Tsing Yi.

The works mainly include site formation works of about 3 hectares at Tsing Yi Road West, Tsing Yi, construction of a footbridge across Tsing Yi Road West and associated lift facilities, construction of a signal-controlled junction at Tsing Yi Road West near Ching Hong Road,and other infrastructure works including drainage, sewerage, water supply and landscaping works.

The works commenced on 2 August 2024 for completion in 2028.
