CEDD Signed Contract for Infrastructure Works at Kwok Shui Road, Tsuen Wan

The Civil Engineering and Development Department signed a contract of about HK$89 million on 23 July 2024 with Grandway Construction Engineering Limited for carrying out infrastructure works for public housing development at Kwok Shui Road, Tsuen Wan.
The works mainly include construction of a footbridge across Castle Peak Road - Kwai Chung and associated lift facilities, widening of a section of the existing single two-lane carriageway of Kwok Shui Road and ancillary works including drainage, sewerage, waterworks and landscaping works.
The works commenced on 28 June 2024 and will take about 36 months to complete.
