Description :

The Service Contract is to provide environmental monitoring and auditing services for the construction phase of site formation and infrastructure works for Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen New Development Area Second Phase Development pursuant to the requirements of Environmental Team (ET) specified in the following documents and to ensure that the environmental performance of the relevant works contracts comply with the requirements of the aforementioned documents and other relevant statutory requirements:-

1. Environmental Permits (EP) for Hung Shui Kiu New Development Area; and
2. Environmental Monitoring and Audit (EM&A) Manual and the approved Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report for Hung Shui Kiu New Development Area (Register No. AEIAR-203/2016).

Service Contract for a period of about 117 months commencing in May 2024.
