Description :

The Service Contract is to provide construction environmental monitoring and auditing services for Remaining Phase Works of Kwu Tung North and Fanling North New Development Areas pursuant to the requirements of Enviromental Team under the Environmental Permits (EP), Environmental Monitoring and Audit (EM&A) Manual and the approved Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report (including its approval conditions) for the North East New Territories New Development Areas (Register No. AEIAR-175/2013) to comply with the requirements specified in the aforementioned documents and other relevant statutory requirements.

This Service Contract is anticpated to commence in September 2024 and will take about 96 months to complete.
