Art Jam Workshop at Kam Tsin Village Ho Tung School

To encourage and promote the concept of reuse and upcycle of yard material, the North Development Office joined hands with Kam Tsin Village Ho Tung School to organize an Art Jam Workshop. Yard material collected from the New Development Area project was given second life and upgraded to clocks.
