Early Alert System Briefing to Residents at Sham Tseng

The Home Affairs Department, together with the Hong Kong Observatory, the Drainage Services Department and the Civil Engineering and Development Department, orgainsed a briefing session for residents in Sham Tseng before the onset of the wet season to brief them the alert system for storm surge, landslide risks and the precautionary measures.
