Early Alert System Briefing to Residents at Sham Tseng

District Office orgainsed a briefing session for residents in Sham Tseng and invited representatives from Hong Kong Observatory, Drainage Services Department and Civil Engineering and Development Department to brief the residents the alert system for storm surge, landslide risks and the precautionary measures at the onset of wet season.
