The Civil Engineering and Development Department signed a consultancy agreement of about HK$7.20 million on 12 November 2024 with Mott MacDonald Hong Kong Limited for the Independent Environmental Checker for Environmental Monitoring and Audit Works in Construction Phase for the Remaining Phase Development of Kwu Tung North and Fanling North New Development Area – Investigation.The consultancy agreement commenced on 15 October 2024 for completion in 2033.
