CEDD Awarded the Consultancy Agreement for First Phase Development of the New Territories North - San Tin / Lok Ma Chau Development Node - Package 3 - Design and Construction

The Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) signed a consultancy agreement of about HK$180 million on 19 February 2025 with AECOM-AtkinsRealis Joint Venture for the design and construction of First Phase Development of the New Territories North - San Tin / Lok Ma Chau Development Node – Package 3.

The consultancy agreement commenced on the same date for completion in 2038.
