Civil Engineering and Development Department signed a consultancy agreement of about HK$69.2 million on 13 March 2025 with AECOM Asia Company Limited for the Development off Tseung Kwan O Area 132 – Design and Construction.
The consultancy agreement commenced on 13 March 2025 for completion in 2033.
