Description :

The works mainly comprise:

• site clearance and formation, as well as construction of related retaining walls and slopes;
• construction of two carriageways with associated footpaths to connect (i) Ko Ling Road and Cha Kwo Ling Road, and (ii) Cha Kwo Ling Road and Fan Wa Street;
• construction of a new pedestrian link to connect the new link road mentioned in item (i) above to the public housing development at Cha Kwo Ling Village;
• associated road improvement works near three squatter areas; and
• associated ancillary works including drainage works, sewerage works, waterworks, land decontamination works and roadside greening works.

The works are scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2025 and will take about 43 months to complete.
