Description :

The Service Contract is to provide environmental monitoring and auditing services for the construction phase of Trunk Road T4 and Associated Works pursuant to the requirements of Environmental Team (ET) specified in the following documents and to ensure that the environmental performance of the relevant works contract corresponding to the latest approved scope of the project comply with the requirements of the following documents and other relevant statutory requirements:-

1. Environmental Permit (EP) for Revised Trunk Road T4 in Sha Tin (Environmental Permit No. EP-593/2021); and
2. Environmental Monitoring and Audit (EM&A) Manual and the approved Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report for Revised Trunk Road T4 in Sha Tin (Register No. AEIAR-231/2021)

The Service Contract would commence in 2024Q4 and will take about 75 months to complete.
